Order Processing
Orders for in-stock products are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Custom-length cables, made-to-order products, special configurations, and products that are temporarily out of stock may require additional processing time. Estimated lead times may be provided on the product page, during checkout, or by our sales team.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Methods and Charges
Available shipping methods and shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Shipping charges may vary according to destination, package size and weight, product quantity, and selected shipping service.
Customers have an opportunity to review shipping charges and the total order amount before completing an order.
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States using recognized commercial carriers.
Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the selected shipping service specifically includes a delivery guarantee.
International Shipping
Tactical Fiber Systems ships to many international destinations.
International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout or in a written quotation.
International delivery times may vary because of customs processing and circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
If your shipment is lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect product, please contact Tactical Fiber Systems promptly.
For damaged shipments, please retain the product, packaging, shipping carton, and shipping label because they may be required to process a carrier claim.
